Surveys are being sent TODAY!
Be on the lookout for an email from BackerKit in your inbox.
Through these surveys, you will also be able to add-on additional Gryphon routers and security packages to your order.
Here are 4 important things to know:
1. Surveys will be sent out incrementally over the next 8 hours. If you don't see an email from us in that time, please check your SPAM and "Promotions" tab (if you are in Gmail).
2. We have automatically applied credit to your account for any additional funds you pledged during the campaign
3. Any additional add-on routers you get will ship out with your original Gryphon router.
4. Please fill out these surveys as soon as you can, in order to speed up the shipping & manufacturing processes.
How does "credit" work in BackerKit?
If you pledged extra on Kickstarter for additional Whole House Malware Filtering, you will have a "credit" in BackerKit. This is what you use to purchase your add-ons, which you will specify in the survey. You will NOT be charged extra if you have already pledged extra during the campaign.

Hey Gryphon backers,
Just wanted to send out a quick update before the holidays to let you know what's going on.
Right now I'm working on getting the post-campaign survey ready. Within this survey you will enter your shipping address, confirm your order, and can add-on additional items to your order.
I'm aiming to send the surveys to you within the first 2 weeks of January, where I will also send more detailed instructions of what to expect.
I'll be sure to let you know as soon as the surveys are ready, but until then I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!

Hey Gryphon backers,
So, what happens next?
Here's a quick look into how the next couple of weeks will pan out.
Two Week Window
Kickstarter has a 2 week window after the campaign ends where they hold all funds from the campaign. For us, this means December 22nd, 2 weeks after our end date of December 8th.
At the end of this window, Kickstarter will charge us their fee and payment processing fees and wire the remaining funds to us, following a 1-2 day holding period.
For those that had their credit cards rejected, please correct your credit card information within Kickstarter before this Thursday, December 15th. If it remains uncorrected, I won't be able to send out your Gryphon routers.
Post-Campaign Surveys
Within the next couple of weeks, I will send out surveys to each and every one of you.
